Brief Introduction to Main Equipment
1. Cooking Machine
The cooking machine consists of a circular outer shell which contains a steam jacket, and a strew axis which can be connected to the steam. The screw axis and helical blades are all hollow structured, connecting to the heating steam. Raw materials are heated by the steam between the screw axis and the outer shell after coming into the machine from feed inlet, and are moved slowly to the material outlet at the push of blades at the same time. The rotating speed of screw axis could be adjusted according to the condition of raw materials, and the heating time of raw materials is adjusted accordingly, assuring that raw materials are fully cooked in the cooking machine.
2. Squeezer
Squeezer is mainly made up of two screw axes, of which the bottom diameter is increasing and the screw pitch is decreasing continuously. Raw materials, after entering from the feed inlet, are compressed on and on under the effect of two screw axes while moving forward slowly. Water from compression, filtered by the filter screen, flows out from juice passage, to be processed by the next working procedure. Compressed raw materials enter the conveyer at the material outlet. Double-screw squeezer can effectively prevent material slipping with the axis, and at the same time strengthen the shearing action to the materials, so the squeezing effect is enhanced. Double-screw squeezer is widely used in the processing of all kinds of fibrous raw materials.
3. Dryer
This dryer is a plate contact dryer. Using high temperature steam as its heat source, it has the advantages of simple structure, large material heating area and great evaporation power with respect to other types of dryer. It is widely used in drying of all sorts of powder-like substances such as fish meal.
4. Double-effect Concentration
Double-effect falling film vacuum concentrating device uses mainly the secondary steam produced by the dryer, without consuming new heating steam. Fish protein produced by the previous working procedure is concentrated to concentration of about 30% in it under the condition of vacuum and low temperature, and then is added in the dryer to make finished fish meal or else made into other product for sale.
Double-effect falling film vacuum concentrating device, which utilize waste steam for heating, economizes on energy and can effectively resolve the environment pollution problems of waste water and fluid during the production of fish meal.
5. Horizontal Centrifuge
Utilizing two-phase separation method to fish juice, solid substa, nces enter the dryer, and the liquid enters the next working procedure.
6. Vertical Centrifuge
Utilizing three-phase separation to the liquid, with fish oil being finished product, solid substances enter the dryer, and protein water enters the next working procedure.
7. Deodorization & Waste Heat Utilization System
Without producing odor in and out of the workshop, whole sealing micro negative pressure production in the workshop is reached. The remaining heat is used for double-effect concentration tank as low temperature heating source.
8. Electrical General Control
It is the main control knob of the whole power system, and has the function of start up, shut down, and automatic control. Components use name brands of joint venture, with reliable operation and handy usage.
